# Plans & Pricing

Keito has three paid plans: Solo, Pro, and Business. All three include time tracking, expenses, projects, invoices, API access, and AI agent source tracking.

### Solo

For one human owner working with AI agents.

Solo does not include human team invites, approvals, team reports, data export, accounting integrations, or Stripe invoice payments.

For teams that need collaboration and approval workflows.

Pro does not include data export, accounting integrations, custom roles, SSO, or Stripe invoice payments.

For organizations that need integrations, exports, online payments, and stronger controls.

## Agents And Seats

AI agents do not count as human seats. Solo includes one human owner and unlimited AI agents. Pro and Business include unlimited human team members and unlimited AI agents.

Agent work is tracked through source-attributed time entries and expenses. API-created agent entries can include metadata such as agent id, session id, model, or run id.

## Subscription Management

### Viewing Your Plan

Go to **Settings** or the **Subscribe** page to see your current plan, billing period, and next payment date.

### Upgrading

Upgrade at any time from the subscription page:

1. Click **Upgrade**.
2. Select your new plan.
3. Complete payment through Stripe.
4. New features are available immediately.

Solo customers can upgrade to Pro to invite human teammates, or Business to add integrations, exports, and online payments.

### Downgrading To Solo

Downgrading a team workspace to Solo requires the workspace to be compatible with Solo:

- no more than one active human user
- no pending team invitations
- no submitted time or expense approvals waiting on team workflows
- no active manager permission grants

If a downgrade is blocked, remove the blockers first or stay on Pro/Business.

### Cancellation

Cancel your subscription from the billing page:

- Your workspace remains accessible until the end of the current billing period.
- After the period ends, access may be restricted until you resubscribe.
- Your data is preserved and accessible if you resubscribe.

Cancelling a subscription does **not** delete your Keito workspace or data.

### Account And Data Deletion

Workspace owners can permanently delete the workspace from **Settings -> Billing -> Danger Zone**.

The deletion flow asks the owner to review a data preview, acknowledge the impact, type a confirmation phrase, and enter the owner email address. When confirmed, Keito queues a deletion job that removes workspace data, files, integrations, and exclusive user accounts.

This action cannot be undone. Export any records you need before deleting. See [Delete Account and Data](/docs/settings/delete-account-and-data) for the full process.

## Billing Details

- **Payment method** - Credit card via Stripe.
- **Billing cycle** - Monthly or yearly.
- **Billing provider** - Stripe handles subscription billing.
- **Invoices** - Available from Stripe for your records.

## Free Trial

New workspaces can start with a trial where available in the app checkout flow. Trial behavior can vary by plan and promotion.

## Payment Security

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. Keito never stores credit card numbers or sensitive financial data directly.
