Keito MCP connectors
Keito's hosted MCP server lets an AI assistant you choose work with your Keito account: find clients, projects, and tasks, start or stop timers, record completed work, log LLM usage expenses, prepare time and expense summaries, review active projects for archiving with explicit approval, and, for managers with invoice access, review billing and draft invoices. You authorize your own Keito account in a browser; you never paste an API key into the assistant.
Every client uses the same canonical endpoint:
https://mcp.keito.aiChoose your assistant
ChatGPT: developer beta ยท directory listing pending. Connect through ChatGPT's developer mode using the endpoint above; see the ChatGPT guide. Connection flow last checked on 28 September 2026.
Other MCP clients
Claude Code, Codex, and other MCP clients that support OAuth can add the same endpoint. Use the root URL; the legacy /mcp path remains available only for existing connections. See the Agent Integration Overview for automatic session capture with the Agent Skill and CLI.
What Keito's hosted connectors share
- Access follows your Keito user, workspace, and role. Connecting does not grant extra permissions.
- Invoice, estimate, and billing-summary tools need a manager or admin role with invoice access; an invoice is sent only to contacts on file after you confirm its exact total.
- Project archive tools show candidates and warnings first. Keito archives only the exact projects you approve; managers need Edit projects permission and can act only on projects they manage.
- Deleting records, editing issued invoices, and taking payments are not available through MCP.
- Google Calendar data and records derived from it are excluded from Keito's AI-agent and MCP interfaces.
- Disconnect any assistant under Settings โ Integrations โ Connected AI apps. Disconnecting stops future access; it does not remove records already created.
- Keito does not choose the model or control the provider's retention and training settings. See the privacy policy.
Keito through Zapier MCP
The public Keito Zapier MCP listing offers Keito actions through Zapier's hosted MCP service. Choose the actions in Zapier MCP, connect your Keito account, and follow Zapier's instructions to connect your assistant. This connection uses Zapier's MCP URL, action set, and usage limits, with access governed by your connected Keito user's permissions.
For setup and available actions, see the Zapier integration guide. To automate work between apps, use the Keito app in Zapier's App Directory.
