Keito Partner Program

Help your clients turn tracked work into better business.

Recommend Keito, help clients make the move, or build the integrations their businesses need. Our partner program brings together accounting advisers, integration builders, and people who connect growing teams with better tools.

No fee to apply. Every partnership starts with a conversation about fit.

Three ways to partner

Choose how you want to work with Keito.

Your partnership can cover more than one kind of work. Choose the track that best describes your business and tell us what else you have in mind.

Accounting & Advisory Partners

Best for accountants, bookkeepers and fractional finance teams who advise service businesses.

Help clients improve time tracking, invoicing, and project visibility. Work with us on client onboarding, Harvest migrations, and recognising the businesses you introduce.

Help your clients move forward

Integration Partners

Best for software companies, developers and automation specialists building a reusable connection.

Connect Keito with accounting platforms and other business tools. Discuss your use case, customer authorisation, testing, and the path to a supported integration.

Build with Keito

Referral Partners

Best for consultants, creators, communities and publishers with an audience of growing teams.

Introduce new customers to Keito and apply to recommend it under clear referral and reward terms.

Recommend Keito
What partners get

Practical support for the work you do.

Recommend with confidence

Get a clear view of Keito's capabilities, approved product information, and guidance for matching the right customers with the right plan.

Make moving easier

Accounting and advisory partners can work with us on a client migration plan, onboarding questions, and a manageable first rollout.

Build the right connection

Integration partners can discuss API requirements, customer permissions, and a safe test approach before connecting live accounts.

Grow through real results

Agree how eligible introductions are recognised, review what is working, and explore joint content when there is a useful customer story to share.

Benefits depend on your approved track and agreed scope. Applying does not automatically grant customer access, technical credentials, or a public listing.

Accounting & Advisory Partners

A better move for your clients. A clearer relationship with Keito.

When you recommend a tool, your reputation goes with it. We want to understand how your practice works, what your clients need, and what will make their move to Keito successful.

Start with a small group of clients and a shared onboarding plan. Each client keeps control of its own workspace, subscription, and the people it invites.

Apply as an accounting partner

Plan the migration

Agree the data, workflows, and checks that matter before each client moves.

Build product confidence

Get practical enablement for the people supporting your clients.

Recognise introductions

Review eligible referrals, including introductions made before you joined.

Already recommending Keito?

Tell us in your application. We can review existing introductions with you after we have agreed a secure way to share the details. Historical referrals are reviewed individually, and rewards are not automatic.

Integration Partners

Build connections your customers can rely on.

If your customers need Keito to work with another platform, we would like to hear what you are building. Tell us which records need to move, which system owns them, and whether the integration will serve one customer or many.

We will review the proposed workflow, authorisation, testing, and support responsibilities with you. Production access and any public listing are subject to technical review.

Keito documents API keys and OAuth for selected integrations. If you are building a reusable app, contact us to confirm the supported authorisation path rather than assuming that an individual customer's key is the right long-term design.

Discuss an integration

Customer-controlled access

Design around explicit customer authorisation and separate connections for separate workspaces.

A test plan before live data

Agree a suitable test setup before connecting a customer's live accounts. Dedicated environments and credentials require approval.

Clear ownership

Define who operates the integration, supports customers, and handles failures before launch.

Referral Partners

Introduce the right customers. Know where you stand.

If your clients or audience would benefit from Keito, apply to become a referral partner. Approved partners receive clear guidance on eligible introductions, attribution, and rewards before they begin.

Keep your recommendation honest and useful. We do not require exclusivity, and joining the program does not give you access to the customers you refer.

Apply as a referral partner

Referral rewards

Referral rewards are available under an approved partner agreement. We will confirm the rate, qualifying customers, reward period, and payment terms during onboarding.

How it works

Start with a conversation. Build from there.

  1. Apply

Tell us about your business, the clients or audience you serve, and how you want to work with Keito.

  2. Agree the fit

We review your application and discuss the right track, responsibilities, and commercial or technical requirements.

  3. Get ready

Complete the relevant onboarding, agree any referral terms, or work through the integration test plan.

  4. Put it to work

Introduce a customer, support a migration, or run an approved integration pilot. We will review the results together before expanding.

Fit and responsibilities

Built for useful, trusted partnerships.

Good fit

We are looking for partners who understand their customers and can show how Keito fits the way they work.

  • Accounting and advisory firms working with service businesses.
  • Developers building a clear, supportable customer workflow.
  • Consultants, educators, and communities making relevant recommendations.
  • Partners willing to start with a focused pilot and learn from real results.

What we ask

A good partnership keeps customer trust at the centre.

  • Describe Keito and your own services accurately.
  • Disclose commercial relationships where required.
  • Obtain customer permission before sharing data or requesting access.
  • Keep credentials and customer records out of public forms.
  • Follow the agreed brand, security, and referral rules.

FAQ

Questions partners ask

Who can apply?

Accounting and advisory firms, integration developers, consultants, creators, and communities can apply. We review each application for customer fit, the proposed work, and our ability to support it.

Is there a fee to join?

There is no application or membership fee. Customer subscriptions and any services or integrations a partner charges for are separate.

Can we join more than one track?

Yes. Choose a primary track and tell us about your other activities. We can agree more than one track under the same partnership.

We have already referred clients. Can those introductions be recognised?

Tell us in your application and we can review them with you. Recognition and any reward depend on the available evidence and agreed terms; neither is automatic.

Do accounting firms have to accept commission?

No. You can participate without referral rewards. Your firm remains responsible for checking its own professional and client obligations.

Can we build an integration for more than one customer?

That is a use case we want to discuss. Multi-customer integrations need separate customer authorisations, tenant isolation, and an agreed support model before production approval.

Can we register an OAuth app ourselves?

Self-service registration is not offered through this partner page. Apply through the Integration Partner track so we can confirm the supported authorisation and registration path for your app.

Do you provide a sandbox?

Tell us what you need to test. We will confirm the available test setup and any access conditions during technical onboarding; do not assume that a public or self-service sandbox is available.

Should we start with a personal API key?

Please review the authentication guide and discuss the intended workflow with us. A reusable customer integration needs an approved credential and permission model; you should not share an administrator's personal credentials or reuse one customer's credentials for another.

Does becoming a partner give us access to client accounts?

No. Each customer controls its own workspace and grants access separately. Referral status is not a product permission.

Who supports a partner-built integration?

The integration provider supports its connector and service. Keito supports its own platform and API, with escalation responsibilities agreed before launch.

Does Keito charge for a partner's services?

Keito subscriptions and partner services are separate. A partner may charge its own fees for implementation, advice, or an integration, which it must explain to the customer.

Will our company or app be listed publicly?

Not automatically. Any public listing or case study requires review, an appropriate live offering, and permission to publish.

How long does application review take?

We review applications individually and will contact you about the next steps. Some technical partnerships need additional scoping before we can confirm access or timing.

Application

Tell us what you would like to build together.

Share a little about your business and the partnership you have in mind. Please do not include client lists, financial records, passwords, or API keys.

Fields marked “required” are needed to review your application. Everything else is optional.

A clear fit matters more than a large client list.

Whether you are introducing your first customer or building a reusable integration, start by telling us the problem you want to solve.
