Can Keito create invoices from tracked time and expenses?
Yes. Create an invoice from approved billable time and expenses, then group the imported work by project, task, person, or individual entry. Administrators can also allow documented work to be invoiced before approval when that matches your billing process.
Can I create an invoice without tracked time?
Yes. Free-form invoices let you add products, services, quantities, rates, taxes, and discounts manually. They work well for retainers, fixed-fee work, subscriptions, and anything else that does not need to come from a timesheet.
Can clients pay Keito invoices online?
Yes. Connect Stripe to accept card payments wherever Stripe is supported. Eligible US Stripe accounts can also offer ACH bank payments on USD invoices. You can also add PayPal and bank transfer details for clients who use those methods.
Does Keito charge a fee for online invoice payments?
Keito charges a 0% platform fee for payments collected through Stripe. Standard Stripe processing fees still apply and are handled by your connected Stripe account.
Can Keito send recurring invoices automatically?
Keito checks recurring schedules daily and can generate invoices monthly, yearly, or on a custom schedule. A schedule can create a draft or mark the invoice as open, but the recurring generator does not email the client. Open the generated invoice and use Send Invoice when you are ready to deliver it.
Can I customize how my invoices look and read?
Yes. Add your logo and theme, choose A4 or US Letter, control the title, service period, address, table columns, footer, and document labels, and edit the email message that accompanies the invoice.
Does Keito support partial payments?
Yes. Record full or partial payments and keep a payment history on the invoice. Stripe payments are recorded automatically after confirmation, while bank transfer, PayPal, cash, and other payments can be added manually.
Can Keito send payment reminders?
Yes. Send a reminder manually from an open invoice or configure automatic reminders for outstanding invoices. You can choose the timing and edit the message your client receives.
Can clients view invoices without a Keito account?
Yes. Each invoice can be shared through a public invoice link, so your client can review the invoice without signing in. When online payments are configured, the same page can give them a direct way to pay.
