Overview

Keep Jira worklogs and client time in sync

A Keito administrator connects the team’s Jira Cloud site, then each teammate links their own account. Add a Jira issue to a Keito time entry and Keito creates or updates the matching worklog under the right person.

Keito stores the Jira worklog ID, so later edits update the same record instead of creating duplicates. Teams can also choose whether deleted Keito entries remove their worklogs and whether remaining estimates should change.

Key features

  • Create and update Jira worklogs from linked Keito entries
  • Attribute every worklog to the connected Jira user
  • Update the same worklog when a Keito entry changes
  • Control delete sync and remaining-estimate behaviour

How it works

Sync Jira worklogs in three steps

  1. 1

    Connect Jira Cloud

A Keito administrator connects the Jira Cloud site and chooses how worklogs should sync.

  2. 2

    Link each teammate

People connect their own Jira identities so worklogs are created under the right user.

  3. 3

    Attach an issue key

Record time with the Jira issue reference and let Keito create or update its worklog.
