Outlook Calendar time tracking integrationOutlook + Keito
Bring work and school calendar events into a review flow, then save only the time that belongs in Keito.
Overview
Add Outlook events to your timesheet
Each teammate connects their own Microsoft 365 work or school account and chooses a calendar. Keito shows meetings and work blocks in Day or Week view so they can review the project, task, notes, and hours before saving.
Saved choices make recurring meetings faster to process while leaving the final decision with the teammate. Keito only reads calendar events: it does not read email, change Outlook events, or import time in the background.
Key features
- Review up to 50 Outlook events at a time
- Split overnight events into the correct local days
- Reuse saved choices for recurring work
- Keep successful saves while retrying only failed events
