Brand and Disclosure Guidelines
These guidelines apply to everyone in the Keito Partner Program. They summarise the brand and disclosure rules in the partner agreement. If the two ever differ, the agreement applies.
Using the Keito name
- Write the product name as Keito. Do not abbreviate it, translate it, or combine it with other words.
- Use only the logo files we supply, unaltered and with clear space around them. Do not make the Keito logo more prominent than your own brand.
- Do not use the Keito name in your company, product, domain, app or social media names.
- Do not bid on the Keito name, or close misspellings of it, in paid search.
Describing your relationship
Use the description that matches the tracks you are approved for:
- Keito partner
- Keito accounting partner
- Keito integration partner
- Keito referral partner
Do not describe yourself as a “certified”, “official”, “preferred” or “premier” partner unless we have given you that status in writing.
Describing Keito
Use Keito’s own published descriptions. This short description is approved for general use:
Keito is time tracking and invoicing for teams and AI agents, with flat workspace pricing and no per-user fees.
- Only describe features, integrations, security measures and availability that Keito has published.
- Link to keito.ai/pricing for prices instead of quoting them, because prices change.
- Do not compare Keito with other products using claims you cannot back up.
Disclosing the relationship
If you receive, or may receive, a reward or other benefit for recommending Keito, say so clearly and close to the recommendation, in words your audience will understand.
| Where you recommend Keito | What to say |
|---|---|
| Social posts and video | Start with “Ad” or “Paid partnership with Keito”. Do not bury it among other hashtags. |
| Articles, newsletters and websites | “We’re a Keito partner and may receive a reward if you subscribe through us.” next to the recommendation |
| Advice to your own clients (accountants and advisers) | Tell the client in writing and get their consent, as your professional body requires. Approved partners receive a disclosure template. |
On their own, “affiliate”, “#sp” or a footer note that “some links may earn a reward” are not enough.
If you take no reward, you may say you are a Keito partner without a reward disclosure. Do not describe yourself as independent of Keito.
These rules follow UK advertising rules on recognising marketing, and the FTC Endorsement Guides for audiences in the United States. Your own professional or local rules may be stricter.
Promoting Keito responsibly
- Do not send unsolicited marketing that breaks email or privacy law.
- Do not offer discounts, credits or other incentives on Keito’s behalf.
- Do not use forced clicks, hidden links, incentivised sign-ups or fake accounts.
Case studies and logos
We do not list partners or publish partner stories without the partner’s written consent. Do not publish a customer’s name, logo or story without that customer’s written consent, or publish a Keito case study without ours.
